JTの楽曲「空」は、本場ジャマイカ現地で、ボブ・マーリー&ウェイラーズのメンバーとともに制作をした一曲。レゲエの聖地で、その魂を継ぐミュージシャンたちと音を重ね合わせた、JTにとって特別な作品です。
JT's song "Sora" was created on the ground in Jamaica, in collaboration with members of Bob Marley & The Wailers. At the spiritual home of reggae, alongside musicians who carry its soul — a song that holds a special place in JT's body of work.
ジャマイカで出会ったレゲエの精神と、日本の武士道的な構え。JTはその2つをまっすぐ重ね合わせ、楽曲・映像・ライブパフォーマンスを世に送り出してきました。料理の現場で培った「火加減」と「タイミング」の感覚は、音楽にもそのまま活きています。

2019年、JTは日本全国を90日間で45箇所まわる「ポジティブ発酵ツアー」を敢行。食・音楽・人の発酵を信じて、レストラン、ライブハウス、地域の集いを横断し、その土地の人たちと音と料理を分かち合ってきました。
In 2019, JT undertook the "Positive Fermentation Tour" — 90 days across Japan, 45 stops. A nationwide journey through restaurants, music venues, and community gatherings, sharing food and sound with the people of each place. A tour built on the belief that food, music, and people all ferment together.
